In 2004, enterprises invested more than 3 million yuan, increased facilities, and strengthened the treatment of key polluted parts in the production process, with remarkable results.

In 2006, 6.8 million yuan was invested, and two new 1080 cubic metre sedimentation tanks, air floats, filter presses and other equipment were installed, so that COD, BOD, SS and other indicators fully meet the national and local emission standards.

In 2008, more than 7 million yuan was invested, three new high-efficiency flocculating white water towers were added, and the white water in the paper machine process was directly reused. The water intake and discharge decreased by 30-40%.

In 2010, 10 million yuan was invested to upgrade 4 # and 6 # machines. The energy consumption of the two machines (water, electricity) decreased by 30% and 25% respectively.

In July 2017, an investment of 820,000 yuan was made to build a new water storage tank to increase water treatment capacity.

In July and December 2017, an investment of 350,000 yuan was made to update the online COD and ammonia nitrogen automatic monitor.

In January 2018, 798,000 yuan was invested, and a new production line of 1250 pulp and board machines was installed to reuse paper-making sludge to solve the problem of secondary pollution.

From February to December 2018, a total of more than 670,000 yuan was invested in PH online monitoring, pulp board machine, water supply, water treatment and dosing system.

Cleaner Production

In 2008, 2011, 2014 and 2018, Kelly passed the acceptance of cleaner production by Shandong Environmental Protection Department and Shandong Economic and Credit Commission respectively. In the first acceptance, 33 schemes were established, with a total investment of 11.38 million yuan, saving 130,000 tons of water per year, saving 1.3 million degrees of electricity, saving 400 tons of air, obtaining an annual benefit of 3.97 million yuan, reducing waste water by 110,000 tons, reducing COD8 and 7 tons, respectively. 14%.

Low Carbon Economy
